Association Wondernature, as part of the international EU project "Recycle Yourself First," had the honor of hosting partners from Slovenia (SMC Maribor Company) and Austria's Franz Feiner from Haus der Stille. During their four-day visit to Gorski Kotar, several professional workers and young people networked and participated in a series of exciting activities with the Red Cross Delnice Youth Club and young ecologists from Ivan Goran Kovačić Primary School. Together, they cleaned the approach to the protected Park Forest Japlenški Vrh, making their city a nicer place for the locals and visitors alike.
The "Recycle Yourself First" project emphasizes the importance of recycling from an ecological standpoint, as well as from a psycho-social and therapeutic perspective for young people.
