WONDERNATURE ASSOCIATION
The Wondernature Association focuses on developing, improving, and promoting Gorski kotar as a rural region, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and enhancing the quality of life for its residents. Over the past few years, the association has successfully completed several local projects and is now striving to expand its efforts internationally. The ultimate aim is to enable a small community to access information more easily and stay in touch with European trends.
Our activities include implementing various projects of importance for the local population, with a special emphasis on the protection of natural resources, the circular economy, the promotion of the region, the encouragement of active participation in the community, and the empowerment of young people. Thanks to the rich experience of leading persons and long-term cooperation with relevant stakeholders in the area, the association is positioned as a quality partner and one of the key participants in the general development of Gorski kotar.
The goal of the Wondernature Association is to strengthen the sustainable development of Gorski kotar through synergy and cooperation with the local community. Through regular activities, we promote local products, services, cultural and natural heritage, and the traditions of the local population of Gorski kotar.
The Association actively works on the professional networking of members and partners of the Association for cooperation and exchange of experiences. Members of the Association continuously improve their professional skills. We are also working on making proposals to solve problems in the field of tourism and economy. We carry out activities that promote and protect the common interest of members and the profession. We organize seminars, lectures, events various professional gatherings, and professional trips in the area of interest of the Association.
In its work, the Association also emphasizes the creation of joint projects and participation in domestic and international projects. We contribute to the preservation of the cultural and natural heritage of Gorski Kotar through the activities of the Association, the organisation of fairs, exhibitions, thematic events, and other forms of presentation.
