WONDERNATURE is a partner in the European GLOW-CE project for women’s entrepreneurship

WONDERNATURE is a partner in the project “GLOW-CE: Gender-equal Leadership and Opportunities for Women”, approved and funded under the Interreg Central Europe Programme, with a total budget of €582,652.00

The GLOW-CE project was selected under Priority 1 – “Cooperating for a smarter Central Europe”, within Specific Objective SO 1.2, focused on strengthening skills for smart specialisation, industrial transition and entrepreneurship in Central Europe.

The partnership is led by S.T.R.I.A. – South Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency, and brings together partners from several Central European countries, including RAISE S.c.a.r.l., JAIP – South Bohemian Agency for Support to Innovation and WONDERNATURE from Croatia.

The main objective of GLOW-CE is to strengthen the competitiveness of partner regions by unlocking the untapped potential of women’s entrepreneurship, especially in rural and less developed areas.

Through the project, partners will work on developing tools, methodologies and support frameworks that enhance the capacities of both business support organisations and women entrepreneurs, contributing to the creation of a more accessible, inclusive and needs-oriented entrepreneurial ecosystem at the regional level.

GLOW-CE focuses on three key dimensions:

– a gender dimension, supporting women under the age of 35 who are at the beginning of their professional journey, whether they are already entrepreneurs or considering entrepreneurship;
– a geographical dimension, analysing regional ecosystems and accessibility of opportunities beyond major urban centres;
– a sectoral dimension, with a particular focus on the digital and green sectors.

Running until 31 January 2028, the GLOW-CE project represents an important opportunity for strengthening international cooperation, supporting women’s entrepreneurship and creating long-term positive impacts for regional communities across Central Europe.
